Our Bake Centers

Our bread is baked under authority from Sierra Sourdough by Sierra Sourdough Bake Centers. We supply stores, resorts and restaurants with our starter, our recipe and our technique in baking to our specifications. We teach them everything we’ve learned, we give them our starter’s feeding schedule, and we tell them where to get the flour. Every detail of our bread is carried out by these Bake Centers to bake your personal loaf!
